About Noor

Built for the questions other apps don't ask.

Most cycle trackers were never built with faith in mind. They don't know what to tell you about fasting through Ramaḍān, praying through symptoms, or planning Hajj around a period you can't predict. Noor exists to close that gap.

We started with a simple belief: caring for your body and caring for your deen shouldn't be two separate apps, or two separate conversations. Every screen in Noor — from prayer times to the Majlis community — is designed around that one idea.

Noor is built thoughtfully, with respect for different madhhabs and different journeys, and with your privacy treated as non-negotiable from the very first line of code.

FAQ

Is Noor free to use?

Yes — Noor's core cycle tracking, prayer guidance, and Majlis community are free to use. We may offer optional premium features down the line, but you'll never be surprised by a paywall on what you already rely on.

Is my data private and secure?

Your cycle data stays private, is encrypted, and is never sold. Sensitive details like health factors are things only you can see and control, and you can update or remove them at any time.

Does Noor support different madhhabs?

Yes. Prayer, purity, and fasting guidance in Noor is written with awareness of different schools of thought, and the Majlis community lets you see perspectives tagged by madhhab so you always know where an answer is coming from.

Can Noor help me track Ramaḍān make-up fasts?

Absolutely — it's one of the things Noor was built for first. Log the fasts you owe, get gentle reminders, and watch your progress build before the next Ramaḍān arrives.

Is the Majlis community anonymous?

Yes. You can browse, ask questions, and take part in the Majlis under a private handle — never your real name — so you can be honest without being exposed.
